LA DanceFit Dance Teams are an exciting eight-week performance experience for adults of all ages and dance levels. Train with your favorite instructor during weekly two-hour rehearsals, improve your technique and confidence, learn choreography and formations, connect with an amazing dance community, and experience the joy of performing live for friends and family at the annual Dance Team Showcase.

Beginner to intermediate level teams, and no professional dance experience is required. Bring a love of dance, a willingness to learn, and the courage to try something new.

No. Teams are available for beginner through advanced dancers. Each team’s level is listed individually, and no professional dance experience is required.

If a team does not receive enough registrations to form, all payments will be refunded. No refunds are available after the first rehearsal.
