WHAT ARE DANCE TEAMS?
More Than Just a Dance Class
Dance Teams are one of the most exciting experiences we offer at LA DanceFit.
Over eight weeks, you'll train with your favorite instructor in your favorite dance style while improving technique, confidence, musicality, memory, performance skills, and overall fitness.
Along the way you'll become part of a supportive community that encourages one another every step of the journey.
The experience concludes with our Annual Dance Team Showcase where you'll perform for friends and family and celebrate everything you've accomplished.

Eight Weeks to Showcase
Week 1
Meet Your Team
Meet your instructor and teammates. Begin learning choreography.
Weeks 2–7
Train & Bond
Weekly rehearsals, technique training, performance coaching, team bonding, and confidence building.
Week 8
Final Preparations
Final rehearsals, performance preparation, and celebrating your progress.
Showcase
Take the Stage
Perform live at the LA DanceFit Annual Dance Team Showcase for family and friends.

- • 2nd team: $400

- • Dance team attire not included
GOOD TO KNOW
- • Dance Team Orientations by Instructor: TBA
- • We encourage you to take classes with the instructors you're interested in joining so you can find the perfect fit before committing to the 8-week team.
- • Once you join a team, you may not switch.
- • The Dance Team performance will be filmed; a release waiver must be signed by all students who participate.
- • Absolutely no refunds or exchanges after the first rehearsal.

- Yes, our dance teams program is designed for students to take their dance experience to the next level and to have fun! It's an opportunity to learn, practice, and perfect a 3–5 minute routine, which you will perform at our Annual LA DanceFit Student Adult Dance Team Performance. This is not a competition but a thrilling event full of vivacious energy and excitement. It's a chance for us to dance our hearts out and perform for ourselves, friends, and family.
