Wondering If You’re Ready?
You do not need to be a professional dancer. You simply need a love of dance, a willingness to learn, and the courage to try something new.
Adult life gets busy, and occasionally missing a rehearsal is understandable. Choreography recap videos will be shared so you can practice, catch up, and continue progressing with your team.
Some teams are beginner-friendly, while others are designed for intermediate or advanced dancers. Review each team’s level before registering.

Dance Team Questions
- Yes, the dance teams program is designed for students to take their dance experience to the next level and to have fun! It's an opportunity to learn, practice, and perfect a 3–5 minute routine, which you will perform at the Annual LA DanceFit Student Adult Dance Team Performance. This is not a competition but a thrilling event full of vivacious energy and excitement.
